PURCHASE PROCEDURE
A. Steps to purchase:
1. Choose your desired items and clear all doubts!
2. Send me the items information and your information to my email (dudutzz1@yahoo.com or prank49@hotmail.com) or my cell phone number (+6581882765).
Please send me:
• Item Name
• Item Color (If any)
• Item Size (If any)
• Item Quantity
• Buyer Name
• Buyer Address (Complete Address Please)
• Buyer Contact Number
3. Wait for my reply (to confirm your order)
4. Pay your total bill by transfer or cash (refer to part B)
5. Inform me your transfer by sms(+6581882765) or email (prank49@hotmail.com)
6. Wait for me to receive the money (if transfer)
7. Relax at home and wait for your order to be delivered ^^
B. Delivery Informations
1. Delivery can be done by meet up, normal mailing and registered mailing.
2. Meet up delivery can be done only at City Hall or Eunos MRT from 5 pm to 7 pm during working days and only when i am not busy. Please make an appointment 24 hour before the meet up. I do not charge for this because i might not be always available.
3. Delivery charges will be added to the total bill and to be paid by the buyer.
4. Postage Information:
• Meet Up - Free! (terms and condition applies)
• Normal Mailing
- $2.90 (for below 500g) using Singpost
- Anything more than 500g will be charged accordingly
- I don't take any profit from this and i will try my best to make it as cheapest as possible.
• Registered Mailing
- additional $2.24
5. Item will be delivered within 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
C. Payment Options
1. Transfer to my POSB Savings Account
• Either through Internet Banking or ATM
• Account Number : 171 - 52842 - 9
• It would be immediate for POSB to POSB transfer and about 3 working days for Other Bank to POSB transfer.

Terms and Conditions
1. The change of order can only be made within 48 hours. These include cancellation, switching of colors and switching of size. (BY SMS ONLY)
2. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment
3. Sold Items are not refundable or exchangeable once transaction has been done (payment was received and items are sent) except:
a. The items is totally destroyed upon receipt
b. I made a mistake that the items delivered is totally wrong (i.e. color or size)
4. Meet up can only be done when i have the time
5. Delivery charges could change depending on the current price. (Buyer will be informed if there is change of price)
6. Once items is delivered, the buyer is responsible for the care of the product. (i.e. washing and ironing care) Pingwellco will not be responsible for a wrong care of product.
7. Color of products might not be exactly the same as the picture due to variation of color that every computer generates.
8. All products will be around 95% to 100% similar to the pictures.
9. Pingwellco cannot guarantee that the products sizes will exactly fit you. The current products (Hot Pants) will have a deviation of +/- 1 cm on its waist size.
10. The amount that is paid will be refunded when the products ordered is unavailable. (Very RARE cases)

I am still considering on putting up guys fashion right now. So, it will still need some time before i put it up on sale. Actually, you can still buy for your relatives or family. However, I am still constructing the website actually and it is still not ready yet. Please come back again later because it will be ready soon!
